Keven Kenison

Keven Kurtis Kenison, 49, passed away on May 23, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Alexis "Allie" Kension and his sons, Kurt (13) and Jake (12).

He is also survived by his parents, Tom and Judy Kenison; sister, Kim Carpenter (Mike); brother, Tom Kension II, (Kevin); Parents-in-law, Chuck and Gale Werner; brother-in-law, Trey Werner (Christy); Step Brother, Jeff Keiselbach (Katie); Step Sister, Jenny Campbell (Chris); his nieces, Kelley Edelmann (Dan), Kasey Carpenter, and Chandler Werner; his nephews, Chase, Drew, Grant and Lane Kieselbach.

Keven, born in Columbus, Ohio, May 3, 1964, has lived in the Greenville area since 1998.

Keven is a founding member of the law firm, Kenison, Dudley & Crawford, LLC. He graduated Summa Cum Laude in Finance from Ohio State University, where he later earned his Law Degree. He is a member of the Greenville Bar Association; South Carolina Bar Association and was Chair-elect for its Construction Law Section; Atlanta Bar Association and its Construction Law Section; the Georgia Bar Association and its Aviation and Bankruptcy Law Sections: the American Bar Association and its Construction Law, Surety, Technology, and Aviation Section, and was seated as an Attorney on the Aircraft Owner's and Pilots' Association (AOPA) National Panel of Aviation. He was a Certified Mediator and Arbitrator as well as a commercial pilot holding single, multi-engine and instrumental ratings.

Keven's passions were flying, saltwater fishing, tennis and doing all of the above with his sons, Kurt and Jake.
