Kyle is an associate attorney with Kenison, Dudley & Crawford, LLC in the firm’s Columbia, SC office. His practice is focused in the areas of construction law, commercial transactions, and commercial litigation. Kyle is admitted to practice in South Carolina, the District Court of South Carolina, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is currently a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, Richland County Bar Association, and Federal Bar Association.
Prior to joining KDC, Kyle focused in the areas of general insurance defense litigation, civil litigation defense, and governmental defense and civil rights litigation. Kyle also clerked for a Plaintiff’s firm throughout law school, focusing on employment litigation and real estate litigation. Given his experience, Kyle understands that each client is unique. Kyle enjoys the challenge in finding a creative solution to fit that client’s needs, and he understands this can only be done by establishing trust between the client and attorney.
Kyle is originally from New Jersey, but quickly called South Carolina his home when attending and later graduating from Furman University with a B.A. in Political Science. He went on to earn his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law. While in law school, Kyle earned the CALI Award for his work in the Liberty Seminar. He also tried his first two cases while in law school and assisted the Department of Social Services with finding children their forever homes.
Kyle enjoys spending his time with his wife, newborn son, and their pets, playing goalie in a co-ed adult soccer league, and coaching a mock trial team for a local middle school.
