Virgil is an associate attorney at Kenison, Dudley & Crawford, LLC. His practice is focused primarily on construction law, commercial litigation, and real estate litigation. In Virgil’s construction practice, he assists commercial and residential owners, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and vendors with negotiating contracts, dispute resolution, defect claims, delay claims, defending and enforcing mechanic’s liens and bond claims, and payment disputes. Virgil helps businesses and individuals resolve contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, and business tort claims. He also handles real estate disputes, including landlord-tenant matters, commercial lease disputes, and title disputes.
Virgil earned his B.S. degree from Menlo College. He earned his J.D. degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. Virgil is a member of the California Bar, the South Carolina Bar, the Greenville County Bar Association, the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry, and the Greenville Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals. Outside of the office, Virgil enjoys athletics and reading.
